Return & Refund Policy
True Varsity operates on a made-to-order and custom model. Each jacket is prepared based on the details you submit at checkout, so our policy is designed to keep the process fair, clear, and consistent.
1) Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Because items are made specifically for you, returns are not accepted for change-of-mind reasons, including:
- wrong size selected
- personal preference about fit, color, or style
- ordering by mistake
2) When You Are Eligible for Support
You may be eligible for a replacement, correction, or refund if:
- you received the wrong item
- the item arrived damaged
- the item has a manufacturing defect
- customization was completed incorrectly based on your submitted order details
3) Report Issues Within 7 Days
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
4) Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for any claim:
- the item must be unused and unworn
- the item must not be altered or washed
- the issue must be clearly shown in photos
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration may not be eligible for resolution.
5) How to Submit a Claim
Email us at contact@truevarsity.com with:
- your order number
- a short explanation of the issue
- clear photos (and packaging photos if the item arrived damaged)
6) Resolution Options
After review, True Varsity may offer:
- a replacement
- a correction / remake (for customization errors)
- a refund (when a replacement is not possible)
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3 - 7 business days after approval (bank posting time may vary).
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly before any dispute is filed.
7) Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Requests are handled case by case depending on the production stage. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
