True Varsity is a made-to-order and custom brand. Each order is prepared after it is placed to ensure accurate sizing, clean finishing, and correct customization.

Shipping Coverage

Free Shipping Worldwide on all orders.

Processing & Production Time

Production: Estimated 5 - 8 business days

This applies to all items, including custom and made-to-order jackets.

Shipping Time

After production is complete, your order is dispatched and shipped to your delivery address.

Shipping: Estimated 11 - 12 business days

Total Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time: 16 - 20 business days (production + shipping). Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, customs processing, and courier conditions.

Order Tracking

Tracking is provided for every order. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email used at checkout. (Tracking updates may take 24 - 48 hours to appear after dispatch.)

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international deliveries, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping is handled on a case-by-case basis.

PO Boxes: We recommend using a physical address (not a PO Box) to avoid courier delays.
