Thank you for shopping at True Varsity (truevarsity.com). Because we specialize in custom, made-to-order, and hand-finished varsity apparel, our delivery process includes both a dedicated production phase and a secure transit phase.
Below are the complete details regarding our shipping times, costs, and terms.
1) Shipping Cost
Standard Shipping: FREE ($0.00 USD) on all orders.
Minimum Order Value: There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free shipping.
2) Order Cutoff & Processing Time

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (CST) - Central Standard Time (Monday to Saturday).
- Production & Handling Time: 5 to 8 business days.
(Because each jacket is custom made-to-order, manufacturing and quality inspection begin the business day following your order confirmation).
3) Transit Time & Delivery Estimates
Once production is complete, your item is securely packed and handed over to our premium courier partners (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).

Transit Time: 11 to 12 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 16 to 20 business days (Handling Time + Transit Time).
We primarily service and ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
4) Order Tracking
Tracking information is mandatory for all shipments. Once your order has been manufactured and dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to populate on the courier’s portal.
5) Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international shipments outside of the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your country’s customs authority.
- These additional fees are not collected or controlled by True Varsity.
- All customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.
6) Delivery Addresses & PO Boxes
For international deliveries, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Accuracy: Customers are fully responsible for ensuring their shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct and complete at checkout. True Varsity is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
- PO Boxes & Military Addresses: We highly recommend providing a physical street address. Delivery to PO Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO) may experience extended delays or rejection by express couriers.
7) Delays and Exceptions
While we work closely with our delivery partners to meet the stated timelines, transit delays can occasionally happen due to customs clearances, extreme weather, or regional courier disruptions. If your package experiences an unexpected delay, our support team will actively track the shipment and coordinate updates on your behalf.
